Months of valuable collaboration and growth
As a part of RWA’s mission to support and encourage aspiring female legal practitioners, in 2022 RWA launched the first cycle of RWA Mentoring Programme.

We are now happy to announce the second cycle of the RWA Mentoring Programme for the period of April – November 2024.

We believe that providing young lawyers with opportunities to interact and exchange views with seasoned dispute resolution practitioners is essential for defining a path of their professional and personal development. This is particularly important in today’s world, when young lawyers face more challenges along the way than ever before.
