The RWA Summer Internship is an opportunity to explore the world of arbitration beyond traditional legal work. During the internship, interns will have the opportunity to develop communication, project management, and business development skills that are often acquired much later in one’s career.
The internship will also provide an opportunity to:

contribute to the promotion of gender equality and women’s leadership in arbitration
The RWA Summer Internship will be held in July–August 2026. Over the course of two months, students will have the opportunity to experience the role of an RWA Team member.
Participation is open to all university students, regardless of gender or age.

a CV describing your education and experience;
a short motivation letter explaining why you are interested in joining the RWA team and which RWA projects you would be especially interested in participating in.
The internship is unpaid.
Interns are expected to demonstrate high motivation, a responsible attitude, and proactive involvement.
