Over more than five years, RWA has grown from a professional community bringing together women in Russia into a strong international network of like-minded professionals. Today, RWA members live and work in London, Hong Kong, Dubai, Singapore, and many other cities around the world that they now call home.

That is why we are launching the Ambassadors programme – to bring together members of our community across the globe, support one another, and create new opportunities for networking, professional growth, and collaboration, wherever we may be.

RWA AMBASSADORS
An Ambassador is an arbitration and dispute resolution professional with at least five years of experience who is practicing outside Russia and is willing to serve as the voice of RWA in their jurisdiction.

- share and support RWA's mission and values and be committed to promoting them;
- have an established professional network in their region (place of residence and/or professional practice);
- be interested in taking an active and proactive role within the professional community.
An Ambassador may contribute to the program in the following ways:
- represent RWA at international conferences, professional events, and other public activities within the professional community in their region;
- organize, in coordination with RWA, events or other initiatives aimed at supporting the professional development of women in arbitration and dispute resolution, as well as attracting new RWA members and partners;
- share information about RWA’s projects and initiatives within their professional networks;
- help expand RWA’s community by encouraging new members to join and by identifying potential mentors for the RWA Mentoring Programme;
- keep RWA informed about relevant developments, events, and opportunities in their region where RWA could participate as a partner.
As an Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to:
- use the title “RWA Ambassador” in your professional profiles, biographies, and materials;
- receive support from RWA in the preparation of events, publications, and other professional initiatives;
- enjoy priority access to RWA events and resources;
- participate in exclusive meetings and networking opportunities for RWA Ambassadors.
An Ambassador is appointed for an initial two-year term. Upon completion of the term, the Ambassador may apply for reappointment.
Ambassadors may be selected through an open application process or nominated by RWA.
